Evaluation of Claims/Litigation
RLG will carefully analyze the likely financial impact of
litigating a matter through trial, considering direct costs such as trial
preparation and indirect costs such as diversion of business resources. Where
resolution prior to trial is in a client’s best interest from an economic
standpoint, we will recommend the best approach.
