RLG can develop templates for contracts that are key to the
client’s day-to-day business operation such as customer sales and license
agreements, or consultant agreements. For companies with existing contract
templates, RLG will review them to identify potential areas of risk and/or
unnecessary exposure and can suggest ways to reduce or eliminate such risk in
the future, e.g., use of effective limitation of liability clauses. For more
significant contracts or those in process, we can provide assistance throughout
the negotiation process.
