evaluate its specific legal needs. Working closely with senior executives, key
management and any in-house legal counsel, RLG will identify and discuss the
types of legal issues faced by the organization and the areas where legal
assistance will help the client in meeting its business objectives, both in
terms of revenue and costs. As part of this effort, RLG can review the
company’s prior legal bills and expenses that contain information key to
reducing legal costs and managing legal expenses.
